12/1, Thursday.

Okayy, sorry that I start my diet late. >______<
But still, it's better than nothing happened. :P Right? I will start to record my diet everyday. About what I ate, whether I got do some exercise or not, etc. Actually it's kinda random but simple. Haha. :)

  1. Woke up at 11:10a.m today. (P/s: Planned to wake up at 8:00a.m but it failed.)
  2. Had my brunch at 12p.m something. 
  3. Exercise using the dance pad at 3:00p.m until 3:30p.m (30 minutes).
  4. Had my dinner at 7:00p.m. 
  5. Did some simple exercises. 



What I ate for today:

Brunch
Chee Cheong Fun  - Calories unknown.




Dinner
A cup of cereal drink - 131kcal.
Yogood cereal - 141kcal

Calories in total: 272kcal.

Yogood! So good! :3 I'm lovin' it. 


I'm so happy when I can have my dinner. :X After almost 6 hours only I have my meal. Hungry to the max! Well, I need to sacrifice to get something better. ;) Sacrifice some fats of mine for a slimmer body. :X Haha.
Gotta get rid of my chubby face too! ARGH! >:(
Diet really takes some time huh? I must be patience then. :)

Today's diet is a BIG SUCCESS! I think my intake of calories today is less than 1000kcal. Good job. :3 Don't give up the whole diet plan! I know I can. Aza-aza fighting!
