12/3, Saturday.

Well, I think I spoiled the whole diet for today. Maybe, perhaps. Seriously, I don't want to ruin the whole diet routine. D: I hope it won't.


  1. Woke up at 12:00p.m. 
  2. Had my breakfast at 12:00p.m something.
  3. Had my lunch at 1:00p.m something. 
  4. Some light exercises at 4:00p.m something. 
  5. Had my dinner (first time) at 8:00p.m something.
  6. Had my dinner/supper at 10p.m something. 


What I ate for today:

Breakfast
A cup of cereal drink - 131kcal


Lunch
2 pieces of bread - 137kcal
2 boiled eggs - calories unknown


Dinner (first) 
Had a little bit of ice kacang - calories unknown
Single toasted bread with kaya and butter - calories unknown

The penang ice kacang. (not that nice.)


The toasted bread. I don't know for what the restaurant gives us the big bamboo steamer for just a single toasted bread. I don't know why? :/ 


Dinner (second)/supper
Well, you see. Because I just ate the single toasted bread as my dinner, so my mother forced me to have another food that can really fill up my tummy. Well, no choice. :( Some more I still eat the food after 10p.m! *Oh noooooooooo!!* Did I really spoiled the whole thing? :/

That's all for today. Well, for the whole day I'm eating bread. I think the whole diet for today is not that bad right? :/ Because for the subway I didn't choose high calories thingy. I hope so, I do hope so.
