12/4, Sunday.

Well, a diet free day (almost) for me. You see, I'll be resting for a day in a week. So today is my diet 'holiday'. But still, I will avoid the high calories food too. :)


  1. Woke up at 9:00a.m.
  2. Had my breakfast at 10:00a.m something.
  3. Had my lunch at 1:00p.m something.
  4. Had some snacks at 4:00p.m something.
  5. Had my dinner at 8:00p.m something.


What I ate for today:


Breakfast
A cup of cereal drink - 131kcal
With some Nestle Fitness cereal - calories unknown


Lunch
A vegetable pau - calories uknown




Snacks
Well, I'm didn't eat this in purpose. :X Just you see, when you watch a movie, for sure you are craving for something like popcorn or soft drinks. But for me, I choose some low calories snacks and some sweets. (Need sweets because I got the low blood pressure)

Some cuttlefish snacks - calories unknown (but it's very very low in calories!)
Some gummy bears soft candy - calories unknown


Dinner
For my dinner, today, it's quite 'healthy' than the other days. 


Red bean soup - calories unknown
Some chicken - calories unknown
Some of the clay pot fish - calories unknown
Some vegetables - calories unknown
Fuyong eggs - calories unknown

What can I say is today's dinner is very very filling. I'm starved for so many days actually. >_____<  Feel so happy when I ate all these healthy stuffs. This meal is actually full with proteins you see. :P Good for diet! But, I scare the dishes are a bit too oily? :/
